While I found the vitamins contained daily essential Vitamins and minerals, the vitamins itself was rather large and difficult to swallow at times. No unpleasant taste or after taste was noted. As far as boosting energy levels, I did not notice a change. I did feel that my hair and nails seemed healthier. As far as a daily maintenance supplement, I could consider in the future. The Centrum Silver Adults 50 + is a cost effective alternative, but given the large size of the supplement would not be my primary choice.
