[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are a good size and easy to swallow, they don't have a chalky taste and it has really good stuff for people in their 50's However they didn't work for me, I was fine for the first few days but by the 4th or 5th day I started getting nauseous, my stomach would get all queasy and it wasn't good. But if you are in this age group I would say check it out my stomach just didn't like it
