I had some surgery that made it impossible for me to eat much beyond protein shakes for the last year. Finally got to go ahead from my physician to eat a bit of ice cream. I was very disappointed in the product. It did not have the back notes of flavor ice come to life over the years, and instead of being the lovely treat I loved, it was a huge disappointment. I won't be buying it again unless you return to your previous formula.

This vanilla goes especially well with nice warm apple pie. Not only is the vanilla a great tasting flavor, almost all flavors from Haagen Das are very flavorful and creamy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Haagen-Dazs for a few years and remember the Vanilla tasting so much more richer and flavorful, with small little bits of vanilla bean in the mix. Not sure if I just had an off pint or what but the Vanilla I had just wasn't as tasteful as I recall. For me sadly, the Vanilla will be a no go. I do however still love some of the other flavors from Haagen Dazs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a soft spot for Haagen-dazs ice cream, especially vanilla flavored ice cream. One of my favorite uses for Haagen's vanilla ice cream is for my wife's peach cobbler. It's flavorful, rich, and so smooth. Highly recommend this stuff.

It has a very creamy and smooth texture and an excellent vanilla flavor. This is wonderful alone, with toppings or with a cake, pie or brownie it is delicious !!! my grandson loved it! It is made with natural ingredients of excellent quality. I will definitely buy it again! I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vanilla ice cream is always a staple for dessert in our home. We tried Haagen-dazs and I think it doesn't compare to other brands. It seemed to get iced over quick in the freezer quickly, I know it wasn't the freezer as this one the only thing doing it in there. But once you scraped away the ice , it was eaten but seemed to be missing something. The kids enjoyed it, but the adults not so much

I love the simplicity of vanilla ice cream because it's so accommodating for so many things. I love it over a warm cobbler or pie. But it has the ability to stand alone and be a tasty treat too. If you're looking for a creamy and delicious treat, Haagen-Dazs is the way to go!!
