Please bring this back it is very good and I cannot find it anymore.

Bought one of these on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Roasted at 375 til it hit 135° F, then flipped and rested for 15 minutes. Very tasty.

The oven cooking turned out well; but, it is seasoned with way too much salt and pepper. All you can taste is salt and pepper, very disappointing.

Smoked for 5-6 hours 225 degrees on Weber with pecan wood and charcoal , tender full Of flavor absolutely delicious!
