Get ready for a truly next-level dining experience! <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the picanha for 5 minutes, flip once and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Reduce grill heat to low. Continue grilling until internal temperature reaches 145°F. When the temperature is reached remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes (lightly tent foil covered). Slice against the meat grain 1/4 inch thick. Serve and enjoy! Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. I love this cut, flavor, and quality. It was amazing. Went back to buy another and no longer available…sadly :(  Please bring this back!! So good!

Best picanha

Came across this by accident... looking to cook for a holiday party, 45 people.  This was actually marked down, pre-seasoned, and ready to cook - so I took a chance and did not regret it one bit.  Put 2 of these in the oven, 375, on a roasting tray for 50 minutes.  Temp was 130, cooked for another 15.  Took it out, rested for 10 minutes and it cut very easily into strips.  Everyone enjoyed it and Sam's will have some new customers looking for this product.  Went back to buy more, but the butcher said they were out, it was a fairly new product to our store, but was expecting more to come in anytime.

Great Find!!

Turned out great! Bought already a few times.
We do rub off part of the pepper seasoning (think it is too much for our taste). Easy to prep and cook following instructions. Recommend to use a meat thermometer while cooking. Be patient. Takes about 30 min to reach temp.

Easy and delicious

I had seen some YouTube videos of this being cooked and it always seemed to be well received. I simply cooked it on a PitBoss grill at 350 with no prep and it tasted very good. Meat was tender although we cooked a bit longer and the bark turned out nice. The texture was comparable to a filet mignon.

We will be buying more to try various methods of cooking / smoking.

Definitely A Good Choice

Bought one this weekend and put it on the grill.  It was outstanding.  Tender and the flavor was excellent.  Can't wait to buy it again.  A great steak for family cookout or dinner at home.  Yummy!!!

Outstanding

We've bought this a few times since it came out. Everyone loves it! Cook it slow to melt that fat cap, be patient it can burn quickly if you cook too hot or don't pay enough attention to it. Very good!

tender and flavorful

Seasoning was excellent, lots of garlic and salt.  I did not follow the instructions and my results were reasonably good.  Cooked the meat in Sous Vide at 130 for 3 hours, then attempted to sear it.  The seasoning was too thick and burnt, so I stopped and scraped the seasoning before searing the cooked meat.  That was just stupid on my part.  The overall taste was great and the meat was a very consistent rare.  Very tender, all who tried it were impressed and it went fast.

Great preseasoned picanha option

5 stars after I rinsed off the marinade. Made this twice. 1. cooking it as is was too much flavor. 2. Rinsed before baking and perfect flavor.

Yum.

Reverse seared this. 225 def till it reached 115 internal temp then seared it in an 800 deg grill. Rested for 20 min then sliced 1/4" thick against the grain. Texture of shoe leather. Would not recommend
