Have been using Hellman's mayonnaise my whole life, and suddenly you change it? Why on earth? It's terrible - tastes like Miracle Whip. I'm sad to say, I'll never buy it again. Is this like "New Coke"? You change it to something inedible to make everyone long for the good ole days, and then switch back so everyone rushes out to buy it? Actually - that would be okay. Do that.

I was raised on Hellman's & I have NEVER used any other mayo in my entire life & I never will try anything else. I use it for everything, Manicotti, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Chicken, Tuna Salad, Deviled Eggs, Cakes, All Sandwiches, Lemon Lettuce Salad, Dip, etc, etc, I could go on & on..... When I married my second husband, he was raised on Miracle Whip....I told him he would have to change to Hellman's as I could never have any other in my house...he has learned to love Hellman's as much as we do. Never ever stop making Hellman's Mayo....Happy Lover of Hellman's!!

I honestly don't know HOW or WHY the plant based mayo states on the label “SAME GREAT TASTE AS HELLMAN'S real mayo!! It tastes horrible and doesn't have the same creamy texture or appearance. This is false advertising at its best. Yuck, awful…don't waste your money.

Extremely disheartening, Mr. Hellman would be very upset with what you have done to his product, when he said, bring out the Hellmann's and you'll bring out the best he was right until you guys put bio engineered garbage into his product, you are losing by doing this, you have no right to charge what you charge for your mayonnaise because it is just like everyone else's now, You destroyed its quality. Never bought anything else, I own a food business, and I spent a lot of money on Hellmann's mayonnaise to give my customers the best, not anymore. I am the first of many, but you clearly do not care as Mr. Hellman did, he is not resting in peace Because of this! But I'm pretty positive you will not let this be visible, fake!

Why oh Why have you changed the Hellman's Mayonnaise product? Why would you drastically change a product that was so successful? Why would you think that consumers would like to eat GREY mayonnaise? Also the texture is thin -- not thick like it used to be. Our family has ALWAYS only used Hellman's mayo and now we are switching to another brand -- As we do not like the "New" Hellman's mayo.

I can't find Hellmann's real Mayo and had to buy With Range Eggs I find the consistency so thin compared to previously, which was substantial. Very disappointed. I have had Hellman's for 75 years. Never used any other. I will be trying a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think that this would be such a good bottle when I first opened the package. However, after using the product, this new bottle and cap design are both awesome. With this new design, you are able to squeeze out every last drop of mayonnaise in the bottle, which is great, no wasted product. With the new cap design, it allows you to have precision control over where and how much mayonnaise is squeezed from the bottle. The clean lock cap is also awesome because when you use the bottle there is no mess on the cap, so every time you open the bottle the cap is nice and clean. You guys say you haven't changed the recipe but it don't taste the same. I've been eating it all my life and it never tasted like this. You might not have changed the ingredients but ypu got cheaper ingredients or changed the preservatives in it. I stop getting certain ranch bc this taste was in it. Do better. I've thrown away several jars bc I thought something was wrong with it but no. You just are trying to make more profit. Shame on you. You have lost a customer for sure. Bring back the better ingredients or ypu will loose alot of mo ey for this decision.

I thought my taste buds had changed....until I read the other reviews. NOT THE GREAT PRODUCT I GREW UP WITH. I feel betrayed that the company changed the recipe. I used to boast about the product which I have been using for my entire life (I'm 50). Unless the company changes the recipe back to the original, I quit using Hellmanns.

I've bought Best Foods my entire life. I notice earlier this year that family recipes for potato and macaroni salad that were crowd favorites were getting tossed. I thought it was the jar so I bought another jar, and another. Something is wrong with your product. It is too smooth and turns soupy the next day. It doesn't absorbe in salads anymore, it just sits there and melts. Can you return to the old recipe? I have two new jars sitting in the pantry and I just don't want to use them. It's unappetizing.
