The Cafe Escapes hot cocoa is much better by 100%. This is the first & last time I will order Swiss Miss hot cocoa. Very disappointed.

You don't get the mix at the bottom of your cup as you would with the packets. Even my husband likes this product.

Gave this to my daughter who has a Kerig coffee maker. She loves this hot chocolate. What else can you say about a tried &true product...........

I like the product and I make a 6 oz. cup and I add marshmallows... I really wish it were a little more rich.

I was skeptical until I tasted it. I used the 6 oz. portion size and it was delicious! No after taste and it was nice and chocolatey. Good product.

THis product clogs my Keurig 2.0 EVERYTIME!!! After it clogs I have to run 8oz of water through before using it for coffee.

My grandchildren & great-grands hit the door, wanting their cup of hot chocolate. Granny wants it too.

Perhaps if you are a regular Swiss Miss fan this is ok, but if you are looking for an easier replacement for the real stuff, don't go here!

Are used to have Swiss miss hot chocolate when it came in those packets during the winter months. I had a nostalgic feeling when I saw a chocolate k cups for keurig!

I love swiss miss, but I want a full cup. So we buy the packets to go with, we use one K-cup and one packet of cocoa with the largest cup of water....then it's perfect. Wish there was a way to make it stronger so the packet isn't needed.
