I am extremely disappointed to find this product contains sucralose. I would never have ordered it had I known, and now I'm stuck with a 24 pack I won't drink, due to the lack of a return policy. I will not be ordering from Keurig again.

Similar to the packets, but no comparison to making hot chocolate on the stove with milk (or milk substitute). Despite the mediocre reviews, I thought I'd try it anyhow, and sorry I wasted my money. I didn't care for the other K-cup hot chocolate either (both yuck).

I've tried other hot chocolate kcups, but the Swiss Miss tastes the best by far. I'm glad it's now available on Keurigs website! If you add an ounce or two of half and half to your cup as the kcup brews, you'll never have it any other way! As the box recommends, use the 8 ounce setting or the chocolate flavor will taste weak.

I remember mom making me the over-the-stove version with milk, so the water transition was new. Although it was water, it well compensated milk. It tastes magnificent! Not to mention it's quick-made, and I don't waste any by choosing the size. I always choose the second littlest one, but still full of flavor even more. I recommend this highly and you must try it. *especially for chocolate lovers like me.

I've always loved hot chocolate and Swiss Miss has long been an all time favorite. With the discovery of the Keurig machines I was not really excited because I don't drink coffee, I drink hot tea and hot chocolate. At first there weren't any companies offering the K-cup for hot chocolate, but now there are! Swiss Miss offers the K-cup for its delicious hot cocoa and each K-cup can make up to two cups. Enjoy!

My dad is 92 years old and he is crazy about Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate. I was really glad to be able to find it in Keurig cups they are so convenient. I just pop one into my Keurig coffee maker and within a minute Dad has hot chocolate. Thanks. My only problem is they are hard to find at any store. Walmart is the first place I bought them and I've never been able to find them in the store since.

Good flavor but alot of the time there is still a big chunk of cocoa left in the cup, making it pointless to pay extra for these since you still have to get a spoon to get the chunk of cocoa out and stir it like you would with the pouches that cost about 168,647 times less!

Gave two boxes of this to my grand daughters for Christmas. They love it and it is probably already gone only a month later. They offered me some but it goes so fast I declined. I will try to get them a box each on their birthdays, etc. in addition to all the other stuff we get them. Spoiling them is one of the better things in life for a grand parent.

This was a big disappointment to me. I am a big time Hot Chocolate drinker. This was bland, used the littlest water setting i could on it for the second cup and still blah. I actually found a store brand that was way better than this branded one. sorry

ive tried cafe escapes dark chocolate and milk chocolate and honestly i like this one best. The reason is it's like the hot cocoa id buy in the store. It is smooth aeromatic and is only missing the little marshmellows that come with it in the store. to me the dark chocolate tastes too strong (more like slightly sweetened bakers chocolate) and the milk chocolate tastes too watery no mater what cup setting i tried. I would say this in the middle of the 2. also if you have someone with a nut allergy in your home they can enjoy this as well unlike the cafe escapes hot chocolates
