Pop it in the micro on a paper towel for 4 minutes... let it cool... and you have the crispest bacon ever. So simple even a man can't miss.

This sounds like a great idea, but concerned with preserving the bacon over 2 months or longer. I can't eat that much in one month nor do I want to.
