Suprisingly delicious. Was skeptical about buying pre-cooked bacon, but is well worth the money. Tastes great, no frying pan= no messy grease!!! Stays good in fridge for a long time. Love it!!

We have been buying and eating this bacon since it came out and have always enjoyed it. The most recent package is unusually salty. I hope this product has not changed.

I wished I had looked at the weight first! there is less then 10 0Z in this whole pack so I wondered how much bacon would it take to make this whole pack of 72 Paper Thin and I really mean paper thin slices of bacon. So I went and got a 1 lb pack of bacon at Korger and cooked it in my oven, then looked at the weight WOW 1 LB OF COOKED BACON WAS A LITTLE OVER 11 OZ THAT'S RIGHT MORE THEN IN THIS WHOLE PACK THIS IS A JOKE WATCH OUT!!!

I bought some today to compare to Omaha's. I was surprised to see a big box of it siting on the floor. The package says refrigerate after opening and does not say if it should b e refrigerated before opening. I would think it would need to be refrigerated while it sits. I went to Hormel's web site but did not find any information. By the time I called Sam's the store was closed. Does anyone know if it is safe to buy unrefrigerated Hormel fully cooked bacon?

I have been buying this pre cooked bacon for several years and love this paper thin bacon, after microving two slices for thirty seconds, it is perfect. The last package I bought from Sams Club in Athens, Ga., I noticed that both ends of each sliced had been cut off. This makes less on each slice and we are being cheated. They must be selling our ends that we paid for to make bacon bitts. I called the toll free phone number on package and complained. Everyone should do this if they get a package like I bought.

Too tough and stringy when prepared in microwave. Broiling is some better. Flavor is poor to almost none. I'm amazed that this is called pre-cooked. It seems to me that somebody ran through a kitchen with a slab of bacon and then pronounced ti cooked.

This item was great about A year ago, but now much smaller pieces and thin! I still buy it for the convenience factor though!
