I wasn't sure about using this product, but was pleasantly surprised that the taste was quite good. Am unsure if we're supposed to refrigerate after opening. There's nothing on the labeling about it.

Serving breakfast for 200 on a Sunday morning was made easier with this precooked bacon. We used it before in egg casseroles and this time as a side with pancakes.

Been buying this bacon for years. But lately the quality has failed. The slices seem thinner. And very irregular. We use them for Club sandwiches at the deli and the inconsistency if frustrating. Currently looking for a replacement.

I store this bacon in the freezer and it's ready to eat after 20 seconds in the microwave. Really handy to have around for recipes! Hopefully Sam's continues to carry it.
