Have been using this product for over a year and love the bacon. Purchased it like usual and it taste like more than 10x's more salt. It was so salty we could not eat more than one bite of it. Seriously disappointed i am not sure if i can say it was a bad batch or new recipe...it says bag has more bacon and i can see why they want to get rid of it so horrible.

I have been using this product for over a year and have had no problem until this morning. Opened a new package and thought it looked different when I put it in the microwave to warm it. Never smelled like bacon while warming. When I took it out it smelled bad, almost rancid

We recently purchased a pack of your bacon and I layed the strips on my cookie sheet to put in the oven like I have done for years. The bacon shrunk down like 3x it's original size. The cheap bacon we buy has never done this. We were very surprised and disappointed!!!

Much to thin for my taste. It's so thin it can barely hold it's shape without falling apart. I would love to see what they would call the regular cut. Hormel does make a much thicker version (3x) of this product available elsewhere. 50 slices/16 ounces vs 72 slices/9.5 ounces. However, it must be kept refrigerated even before opening. 1 star for convenience + 1 Star for shelf life..

The only pre cooked bacon that is actually better tasting than this is the Wal Mart brand. But at 2.44 for 15 slices(for the Walmart brand) this is much more affordable, and we go through about a pack of these every 6-7 days. It is great for back to school for my childs two waffles and four pieces of bacon evey single morning!!

I love precooked mixed with cheeses that I stuff inside Yukon Gold potatoes or doing a stuffed jalapeno pepper I don't have to worry about undercooked bacon on the inside. I can focus on the bacon wrapped around the item

Although it's fairly expensive, my wife and I love this bacon, but in our last purchase 2 of the 4 packs were almost totally fat. I have added a before and after cooking picture of 1 of the 2 fatty packs. I hope this was just an anomaly as, usually, the bacon cooks well and is meaty.

Been buying this bacon for many years. Just bought two packages and cooked a couple slices yesterday and it tasted like I was chewing on a rotten cadaver. Couldn't get that nasty taste out of my mouth all day long. No matter how many times I brushed and rinsed. I think there's something wrong with this batch. Wondering if Sam's will do the right thing and take it back?
