These are really great and I love them and changing my diet was not easy and I have had alot of will power these last few months but I have had alot of success from my weight loss surgery and these do help the cravings I have had an I'm trying and yes I would recommend these to others

Was concerned that the coconut wouldn't blend, but it did. I used a Blendtec blender and it was very smooth and tasty

Love love love my dole smoothies absolutely had to have one daily start my day out with it everyday the strawberry and watermelon combined perfectly to leave an amazing explosion of flavor in my mouth. I plan on buying this every chance that I get.

This blend tastes awesome and is filling, but the coconut pieces weren't able to be blended. They simply chopped into smaller pieces and got stuck on my tongue as I tried to drink it.

Did not taste great. The coconut would not blend. It was chunky and weird tasting. Would not but it again. Maybe I can pick out the coconut pieces and try again.

I tried this with coconut milk and I enjoy the taste. It was thick and creamy, which is how I like my smoothies. Howver, I can do without the coconut. I was chewing coconut with every sip. I recommend removing some of all of the coconut beforehand.

I love this because it has all the ingredients in it all you have to do is add your choice of milk or juice or protein whatever it is that you're going to use very quick and easy

Strawberry-Watermelon, I wouldn't get this one unless you have a really good blender the coconut is in small chunks so it makes it a little weird if it isn't blended well. Made it unswt almond milk and it seemed a little bland

Love these smoothie blends! Sometimes can be hit or miss with freezer burn and flavor but most of the time they are very good! You can find these at plenty of grocery stores around and they have plenty to choose from!
