I bought this TV a few months ago. I have had to reset it a couple of times already. I cannot connect my blue tooth to it, which it my fault for not noticing that before I purchased it but I assumed for the money that would be an option. I just don't think it is as easy to use as the Sony I have in my bedroom. If I had to do it again, I would buy another one like that. Which is a surprise as I usually am happy with all of my VIzio purchases.

I love Visio tv's, they have great pictures quality. The only thing that I don't like about this tv is that you can't download the apps you want and leave the ones you don't want. Apps are automatically preloaded and then occasionally downloaded at times. I actually bought a Samsung tv and exchanged it for this Visio because the Samsung was so dark you couldn't even look at it without straining your eyes. The Visio is bright and vibrant.

I needed to get a new smart TV, after much research and looking around I decided on the Vizio and I am glad I did. both my wife and I like the way it sounds and the picture is awesome. when the grand kids come over the remote control makes it easy to navigate to the different apps.

Great TV. Picture is clear. Sound is OK but with a TV this large you need to get a sound bar, which we did and it sounds great. One thing I'd complain about is we came from using AppleTV on our old TV and be able to slide our finger on the remote Touch pad to get around was very easy, Having to click now is a much slower of a process.

I am delighted with this TV. It's hard to imagine a better picture at this price. In the "Calibrated" mode colors are vibrant, contrast and black levels are very good, and detail is excellent. I love watching movies without that "soap opera" effect seen in other sets at this price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This M series 55” has replaced an E series 60” that worked great for about 8 years. I've had this for about 2 years now and everything has been working good as expected. If I can get another 6 years or more from this one I'm pretty sure it'll be replaced with another Vizio. Ever since the last update my SmartCast has stopped working all together. I can't access any of the apps not even by activating the apps thru the SmartCast app. I get sufficient speeds for streaming 4k on all my other TVs except this one. The worse part is no response from Vizio on when they will fix the issue and apparently it's getting worse. I used to have to reboot my TV to get it to work before but now it just doesn't work at all no matter what you try. Please fix the TVs or I cannot change my review. Works fine with my PlayStation 4 and I can stream on there but defeats the purpose of having a 4k TV that cannot steam anything in 4k. Have even tried to hook it up with Ethernet and still nothing.

I brought this tv about 3 months ago and this tv till this moment has surprised me by so much. my older vizio use to lag and freeze up but this one has not done so by one bit. I love the color and sharpness it bring out on the pictures it really just blows my mind at how good the quality is. i will always buy another Vizio tv. Good Job Vizio! Keep it up!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and the picture is flat out terrific! Excelent for the money. But it's built-in "SmartCast" streaming works poorly; good, friendly tech support but nothing helped. I bought and added an Amazon Fire Stick 4K and it works perfectly. Plan to buy an add-on streamer.

It has been a few months now and we continue to be pleased with the size and quality of the picture. Though we don't use everything the TV can do, what we do use is convenient and a step up from using the Blueray features. When we do use the TV for streaming, it can be set up to feed the audio back through the AV unit and surround system. A lot can be said for the flexibility of the TV settings. We found recommended settings from "experts" and set the video up as they suggested. The results were visibly superior. This particular TV has faster refresh processing such that I have not noticed blurring or skipping. All around great!
