Great video quality, subpar smart features

The TV itself has great video quality but the problem is with the SmartCast interface. It's slow to respond to input (lags) and apps like YouTube and Disney+ Seem to have occasional issues. (Ex. YouTube will open but just be a blank black screen. Rebooting the tv fixes it).

Great TV

This TV is absolutley perfect. Crystal clear picture and it's tpoo easy to cast any app from any phone. My old TV fell off the stand (jumping kids) and the new TV connected to my old remote and Vizio Soundbar (which I also love) automatically! I have it hooked up to my Amazon Alexa which makes turning on/off, adjusting the volume or launching apps a breeze. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a TV that has all the bells and whistles done right at a great price.

Manual - awful. Onscrn menus are confusingly split

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The technology is really good, it has an impressive picture. But its impossible to figure iut hiw to operate the TV appropriately. Menus are disjointed & all over the place. Theres a Menu screen for certain settings, one for INPUTS, one for the HOME screen which has apps, and casting icons, but you turn on Airplay in another screen. Connecting a computer by HDMI cable results in constant screen flickering, as well as the TV randomly re-booting.

Not happy with purchase

This is my 1st and last Vizio, as a matter of fact I'm returning it. The remote is horrible, when turning on the power the TV will not come on with the 1st push of the button, it takes 3 to 4 tries. The sound is not adjustable compared to other TVs, it's either in a whisper mode or blasting you out of the room. Can't get on the internet with this TV. To do anything on this TV you have to click yourself to death, not user friendly at all. No more Vizio for me.

Great Price, Horrible Quality!

1 month after receiving the 65" Quantum, after I was told was 120 HZ . Found out in fact couldn't, bought for my new Xbox Series X. Then when in applications i.e Disney+ , Netflix etc. Auto turns to home screen. Now 10 months later, the Power won't even come on. Tv is dust free, on a surge protector. I'm at a loss and want my money back !

Good Quality

TV works well and I am satisfied. Owned for 2 months, no problems. Sound quality is better than expected, picture quality is good, even in room with a decent amount of natural light coming in the windows. Internet connectivity is not an issue. Overall an enjoyable purchase.

Great TV, great price

I bought this TV to upgrade my smaller Vizio and I love it. The picture is great and looks great mounted on my wall. I would recommend this tv to anyone. I only buy Vizio and I haven't been disappointed. My only complaint would be the speakers are located on the back of the tv therefore you have to listen to it at a higher volume. Very trivial but just being honest.

I have a few problems with it and thats the fact that it doesn't remember my wifi passwords for when one goes down, so there is no automatic connection. Which is kind of a bust being the television is supposed to be a smart tv. Another problem I've been having is the spund goes out periodically. Which isn't cool. Also in terms of spund quality its not very loud. So you will need some sort of sound system of you do purchase this "smart" television. The picture quality fantastic though. You really can't have any complaints on that aspect. If its movies/shows full brights or dark imagery from horror movies/shows, we haven't been dissatisfied. Also playing video games is great because there is no distortion or refresh rate issues what so ever. Would I recommend this particular television? ...Mmmm I'm honestly on the fense about that answer.

Great tv at a great price.

Bought this as a replacement for my crapped out tv. This is the 4th Vizio that I've purchased, and still watching 3 of them. Very happy with the quality of Vizio, and especially the price paid for that quality. I love that Chromecast is built in also. It's so convenient to have the ability to cast from my phone! Will definitely continue to buy Vizio!

High end features with out the cost.

I bought the 55 inch 4k quantum 90 zone full array model to replace my 55 inch m55 eo model. And to my surprise the new tv has exceeded my expectations, I can now have all my gaming consoles hooked up and take advantage of 4k HDR without having to switch hdmi ports. The picture looks amazing and easy to setup. My overall experience has been great. I have played every other manufacturers 4k HDR demos and I am blown away with how close in comparison this tv holds up. Super black to really bright and vibrant colors. My games look amazing.
