General G-MAX AS-05 - 215/45R18 93W Tire

Fantastic in dry and wet. Ride is smooth crisp. No plans for winter weather as i use dedicated snow tires.

These tires have excellent grip and a firm confident ride. My only complaint is that they are a bit loud at highway speeds. Good value.

Good tires but a little loud

About 10k miles so far. Great in all types of weather on my Edge Sport. Handle great. Steering feel excellent. Mpg even went up. Love these tires.

Great sporty tire.

First time getting the G-Max tires got the all season AS 05. Love the grip in these tires, cornering is tight and tires stay planted on the ground.

Great Promo Great Tires

Bought this several months ago, and so far it never fails me.

Awesome tire. Excellent for my sports car!

Not that good traction on dry roads and definitely not good on wet roads! These tires hydroplane on the freeway. I'm not talking about loosing tractions when accelerating. When hitting minor puddles on the freeway the rear end swings from lane to lane!

Finally installed, first 500 miles and so far great. Was reluctant to purchase new model AS05, had several pairs or AS03's over the years on different cars. Looks like the new model AS05 is just as good and possible better. Wet and dry traction is great, looks great, little to no road noise, very smooth and hard gripping tire. Time will tell on tread life and durability. Cannot attest to snow perfermance. New AS05 is a non-directional tread pattern, as apossed to the directional tread pattern of the AS03 they are replacing. I believe the non-directional tread may, in my opinion grip slightly better?
