[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Nature's Way Zinc Gummies as a gift. These gummies are delicious and taste like berries candy gummies. 2 gummies provide 200% of Zinc daily value. These gummies are a convenient easy way to get zinc but I'm wary of any supplements that tastes like candy. I prefer normal capsules tablets that way I won't worry about overdosing. I would have preferred zinc in capsule tablet form and feel this way is a much healthy sugar free way to get Zinc as opposed to Zinc gummies.

I'm really sad to put 3 stars because even though the flavor of these gummies are wonderful, and the fact that they're gummies and not pills are even better! I've received the product free of charge in exchange for an honest review. However, when taking these gummies- I followed the instructions about eating food before hand; I would then get these stomachaches and feel nauseated not long after taking the gummies. At first I didn't think much of it, but then realized that Zinc causes those pains, so sadly I have to give these 3 stars for the nausea and pain.

Mostly because I'm not a fan of pills but also because there's the extra step of needing a drink just to swallow. I'd rather have the gummy for on the go experience. Also, it's tastier! The zinc gummy is by far the best tasting vitamin yet. I feel like companies are finally listening that we want something like a fruit snack. Yay! I also like the design of the gummy, however, because I am an adult you don't have to work hard on making the gummy fun. It's the label that really draws me in and they also did a good job with that. Something that confused me was the amount of gummies per day. The bottle says 1 or 2 a day. Can you specify why a person should take more or less of a vitamin? Are there extra benefits to taking 2 instead of just the 1? Outside of that, Nature's Way did an excellent job with it and I encourage people to give it a go!

Zinc is a supplement that is a necessity for immune system health, so it is something we desperately need to add to our days. These zinc gummies are so good! I simply take a couple out and they taste like candy! I feel as if I am getting the right amount of zinc to help me battle colds and flus as that season comes around!

It's not too sweet for my taste, it doesn't have any strong after taste, it's easy to take and it doesn't have any side effect such as stomach upset and the gummy form just make every thing much better.
