Zinc is good for your health, and we like to stay on top of things as this. Great for a balanced diet. The gummy is a little gritty, but not by much. I also let my 11 year old try them. For the record, he absolutely loves them. I found them to taste delicious, like candy. Unfortunately, that's my only issue. I don't want any unnecessary or added flavor or sugar to my vitamins. I take daily vitamins to improve my health. Anything with too much added sugar or flavoring defeats my purpose for taking them.
