I like the convenience of them being in a can, but feel like the title of “milkshake” can be a bit misleading. The drink itself is very smooth and doesn’t have a nasty after taste that most protein shakes have. This kept me pretty full for a while and curbed my appetite so I think it’s pretty effective! I usually don’t drink protein shakes/drinks since I don’t really go to the gym and I am lactose intolerant. But I started going to the gym and I thought why not trying this shake. I have to mention that I usually eat breakfast too. Before I went to the gym this morning, I didn’t eat anything, I mixed the shake with my morning coffee. It tasted really good, just like a vanilla protein shake. Kept me full for 4 hours. What surprised me was that it is made with real milk (tastes like it too) but it’s lactose free plus it has 30 grams of protein. Win win. Love that.

I bought this after reading the positive reviews. I used to drink the Fairlife Vanilla until they discontinued and have had a hard time finding a protein drink that does not leave a chalky aftertaste. This taste the same as the FairLife Vanilla. Very good and amazing for the price.

It has the perfect amount of sweetness and did not have an artificial sweetener off putting taste like some do. This has 30 grams of protein too! I will absolutely be trying other flavors of this brand!
