This is not thick and slimy like the consistency of some other protein drinks. This is nice and smooth like regular milk consistency. The vanilla flavor reminded me of melted ice cream.

Would love to see this flavor in stores locally and not just online i refuse to buy online you auto save credit/debit info now and i prefer vanilla over chocolate any day

This is one of the best proteing shakes I have had. Its a thinner consistency and takes exactly like a milkshake. I mix it with my coffee concentrate every morning.

These are my favorite protein based shakes! And I love the cans bc it helps it stay colder a little longer. But the vanilla tastes like melted vanilla ice cream.
