I tried this drink before my usual morning workout and it seemed to give me the same feeling I get when drinking other protein drinks before my workouts. Even though it does taste good and it’s smooth, it doesn’t taste as good as the other protein drinks I’ve had.

They’re thin, not oddly thick, and literally taste like melted vanilla ice cream but not too sweet. So good. Love that the calories are low for the amount of protein. I bought this after reading the positive reviews. I used to drink the Fairlife Vanilla until they discontinued and have had a hard time finding a protein drink that does not leave a chalky aftertaste. This taste the same as the FairLife Vanilla. Very good and amazing for the price.

It kind of reminded me of the taste of melted vanilla ice cream. 30 grams of protein, added vitamins & minerals and no added sugars makes it a great snack or part of a meal. I really liked the can instead of a cardboard container. It doesn't take up much space in the fridge and the can keeps it nice and cold. I am impressed with the flavor of this protein shake.
