I feel a little more energized throughout the day. I feel that the packaging is perfect because the cans can be put into like any of the covers to help keep them cold throughout the day, so it definitely is a drink that can be used for mornings like a breakfast and just to see a poem throughout the morning evening or night I will definitely be purchasing some of these on my own.
