The consistency on this one is a bit thin, but the flavor is good. I would consider adding it to a smoothie or another beverage but buy itself. It is not my favorite.

The drink was filling and could be used for meal replacement or post-workout replenishment. Exceeds similar products in taste and protein per calorie ratio.

For example, the package comes recyclable aluminum cans!! I tried it, along with a friend of mine who’s a pro when it comes to protein shakes, she’s tried so many other kinds but after trying this one definitely will be buying this brand moving forward!

I tried this drink before my usual morning workout and it seemed to give me the same feeling I get when drinking other protein drinks before my workouts. Even though it does taste good and it’s smooth, it doesn’t taste as good as the other protein drinks I’ve had.

It tasted better after I blended it with a half cup of ice to make it more filling. The 30g of protein and low calorie and 1g of sugar in a can is what a love about the product.
