It tastes like a vanilla milkshake.; Creamy, sweet and no gross aftertaste. There is no chalkiness either. Amazing nutritional profile and protein content at 30G. It is also good for a grab and go when in a hurry. I love to have products like this on hand at all times for busy days. Unfortunately, I removed two stars for the use of artificial sweeteners; sucralose and acesulfame potassium. There have been many studies showing links to artificial sweeteners and health issues. When choosing protein drink as a consumer, the first thing I look for is what sweetener is used. If it is artificial, I will do my research into the ingredient and generally will always pass. These drinks taste absolutely AMAZING, but I would not purchase them in the future due to the sweeteners. I would prefer cane sugar be used, something that has been around for millennia. If artificial sweeteners don’t bother you, I think you will love the taste of these.

It kind of reminded me of the taste of melted vanilla ice cream. 30 grams of protein, added vitamins & minerals and no added sugars makes it a great snack or part of a meal. I really liked the can instead of a cardboard container. It doesn't take up much space in the fridge and the can keeps it nice and cold. I am impressed with the flavor of this protein shake.
