I received this product free to review. I have never tried microwave bacon and was pleased with the taste. I love that the bacon comes in packages of 4 ( perfect amount for a sandwich or breakfast) Love the easy cook time and clean up . Kind of pricey for the amount of bacon but the convenience is worth the price

I absolutely love this bacon! It comes with four strips in each pack but that’s the only downside…I was a little skeptical at first with it “cooking” in the little packet but it makes cleanup effortless. It’s so easy to make and my picky toddler loves it too.

Bacon is good. Not as good as stove top cooked but still pretty darn good. There is the convenience of no dirty pans to wash and it cooks very quickly. Also comes in pieced of 4 in a sealed bag. I wish there was instructions for chewy bacon as that's how we eat bacon in our house. Overall, good product. I recommend it

I was given this Hormel Microwave Bacon for free from BuzzAgent in exchange for an honest review. There were 3 pks in the box, both containing 4 pieces each. The first package I cooked according to the directions on the box (which was 2-3 mins). Our microwave cooks a little hotter so I tried the 2 mins and it overcooked 2 pieces and other 2 were flimsy. I ate them anyhow on a sandwich and thought I'll adjust the time and to the next pack. The 2nd pack I lowered the temp and used the same time, but they were all flimsy so put them back in the extra min for a total of 3. I walked away and when it went off for finish they were so crispy they just crumbled in pieces and dust. The 3rd pack was pretty much the same. It wasn't horrible just adjusting the temp and time was a pain.

Just throw a bag in the microwave and get fresh cooked bacon, without the mess that comes from frying it in a pan. Great for mornings when you're trying to get out the door but you still want a good meal. The bacon itself is really meaty. It's high quality bacon.

I received this product from BzzAgent to try and give a review. I love to make a good BLT now and then and it's hard to just make a few pieces, so this is a great option if you only want a few pieces. Upon following the directions, I did notice that the pieces on the outer edges cooked really well. They were crispy and fully cooked. However the ones in the middle were slightly undercooked and fatty. I had to put those back in for a few more seconds. Not a big deal, but I do think they should make it to cook more evenly. Other than that, it was a great product that tastes great as well.

Hormel sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. The bacon was very easy to prepare and became a great addition to Bacon Cheeseburgers I decided to make using Sam's Club Beef Burgers and Kraft American Cheese. The bacon gave an added crunch to the burgers and have now become a staple in my home. My children have added Hormel's Microwave Ready Bacon to my grocery list for this week. They plan to use it to make Bacon for breakfast on Saturday and have requested Bacon Cheeseburgers for dinner on Thursday. Safe to say, this will be a recurring purchase for my family and I. Can't wait to buy my next pack tomorrow.

(Hormel gave me this bacon for free so that I could review it.) Finally, real bacon that's convenient and easy to cook! From time to time I've tried pre-cooked bacon. Maybe it's preservatives, or maybe it's guilt that I didn't put any effort in to preparing it, but it always tasted different. Not so with this bacon. It tastes very much like real bacon that I'd cook on a weekend - but in just 3 minutes. Just put it in the microwave with the absorbent pad down, and microwave it until it looks done to you. In my case that's three minutes. I've tried it twice now, and this is as close as you'll get to pan fried or oven cooked (my favorite method) bacon as you'll get in a few minutes.

This bacon is a great substitute for on the go it cuts cook time significantly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The taste is wonderful and it's perfectly cooked Everytime once I learned the proper cook time. Only down fall is I wish there was more in the pack for the price otherwise it's perfect!!!

This may be the easiest way to get bacon short of buying the already cooked kind. All you have to do is pull out the little bag and throw it in the microwave. BOOM 3 minutes later perfectly cooked bacon. No mess and no hot crease to deal with. I love the convenience of the pull apart corners of the bag too. NO need to find kitchen scissors to get it open. Each packet contains 4 strips of bacon so this is ideal for cooking just enough for a sandwich or breakfast for one. I also like that if you are shopping in store it has flaps on the back of the box so you can actually see the bacon inside which is nice. This is never going to be the best value for buying bacon but it is super easy adn convenient and a nice thing to have in the fridge or freezer.
