I received this product from BuzzAgent to review and like it came packaged for self service. It was easy to use. Literally just take a sleeve out the box (contains 4 pieces of bacon), pop it in the microwave for 2min 30 sec (b/c it was kept in refrigerator) and that's it! Bacon crisped well and was enjoyable. So much so, I ate all 4 pieces and a serving is 2 pieces. That would be the only con I have is the serving size. The bacon isn't thin, but not thick either but its so good, I couldn't stop at 2 pieces. For the price, I rather purchase their version of the fully cooked bacon, even though it is thinner due to serving size/price. I do like it is packaged with a paper towel to soak up the grease of the bacon so when removing and disposing of materials is easy.

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. It’s great and easy no doubt. There was trial and error with cook times and I burnt a pack. Then there is no instruction on leaving the inner paper on bottom and maybe you don’t have to but when my husband put it on top in microwave, it burnt. So that was two packs of four strips thrown out. This is way way too expensive for trial and error. The ones that turned out okay were good/okay but taste no different IMO than their microwave already made bacon - which is the same price and you get more than double the amount of slices. I won’t be purchasing.

Disclosure: Hormel gave me free bacon in exchange for a review. While I did not purchase it this time, I will be buying more soon. The bacon is delicious, but CONVENIENCE is why I'll be going for this stuff instead of another brand. It comes in a microwave safe bag with some paper to absorb the extra fat. All you have to do is throw it in the microwave for a few minutes. No prep. No cleanup. It's like instant ramen, but it's bacon and it tastes good.

This microwaveable bacon is the absolute easiest to make. There’s not dirtying dishes or having bacon grease popping everywhere. You open the box take a 4 pack out and put it in the microwave. The bacon is in a microwavable bag that when cooking inflates like a balloon. You will hear it popping and cracking in the bag while it cools to perfection. Once done you just cut the bag open to find crispy bacon right out of the microwave. No mess just throw the bag in the trash and enjoy!

This individual pouches of bacon to do in the microwave is a straightforward, mess-free, and efficient way to have your bacon perfectly crispy and delicious. In each pouch, there are four slices of bacon (not enough) and you place the plastic pouch in the microwave for the recommended amount of time (1-2 minutes), and boom perfect crispy delicious bacon every single time. There is no difference in taste from a bacon done on the stove or an air fryer which is pretty impressive. I love this bacon and will repurchase it.

As a Bzz agent I received a sample of this product to try. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this product. Currently my kitchen is being remodeled so we are limited to microwave food. My family of 6 LOVES bacon and we have missed it. The Hormel Black Label Microwave Ready Bacon was so easy to use for us to enjoy bacon while we are inconvenienced in the kitchen. Conveniently packaged with 4 slices makes a perfect snack for one without having to make or appropriately store an open package. The packaging was super easy to open after cooking without needing to cut or burn myself to get the bacon out. It only took 2 tries to get the bacon perfect to my liking. That's the hardest part, figuring out your microwave and the timing to get the bacon just as you like it - crunchier, etc. I didn't find the bacon too fatty and appreciated the 4 slices in a package - it's like the perfect amount with breakfast or for a snack. I will definitely be purchasing again for my family, even when we have our kitchen back in order.

I find it a great option thick cut bacon, 3 minutes in a microwave no mess no fuss and good to go! Second time I'm buying it and will continue to as long as they make it.

I absolutely love this bacon! It comes with four strips in each pack but that’s the only downside…I was a little skeptical at first with it “cooking” in the little packet but it makes cleanup effortless. It’s so easy to make and my picky toddler loves it too.

Little or no mess compared to traditional bacon prep. I liked the separate packs in the Master Pack. I will buy this product in the future, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I was thinking this would be the same as all the other bacons that I have tried. You stick it on a plate with a paper towel and nuke it. Well, I was surprised because it came with 4 packages of 4 slices of bacon each. The slices were a nice size and looked pretty good. Reading the easy instructions, I grabbed one of the packs and tossed it in the microwave for 2 minutes. You don't have to poke a hole or anything. Great! I took it out and made a BLT with the first package. The 4 slices did get smaller, but they were a perfect size for the sandwich. I was really happy with the packaging because there is an opening at the end of the package that acts like a vent for when you are cooking it. You grab that spot and peel the package open very easily. I then tried another package for 2:30 minutes to see the difference. The more time in the microwave made it a bit crunchier but really was good. The taste was good for a microwave bacon. It is not too salty, and the amount is great for one or two people in each of the four packages. I really did enjoy this. Would I buy it again? Sure would, because it tastes good and is super easy to make. Try it, you'll like it!!
