Updated from a 2017 65 inch Samsung and am extremely pleased with the visual improvement. Not very easily set up with a weird remote but I figured it out and was actually able to most of the setup on my Samsung smart phone. Sound is much improved as well but I use a 7.1 surround setup so I won't notice that as much. I would recommend this item!

Absolutely Amazing! Picture is bright and clear. Colors just explode off the screen. This is the only way I will ever get JJ Watt in my living room! Life sized!

I was looking to upgrade our older TV and I was looking for one that worked well in a room with windows or a "bright room". This Samsung Q8 0r Q80 series advertises as a non glare coating feature. I looked at Samsung's website and confirmed this. The tv was an overall improvement But the "anti glare " coating did not stop glare from windows. It is a much brighter and better picture than my 7 year old Vizio but not much better in defeating the glare issue. I looked for alot of hours for one that would address this and this one was one of the only ones i could find that mentioned an anti glare feature. We have had matte finish screen tvs that did well in this room but those aren't made anymore.

Tv after set up was awesome. Price was excellent. Delivery wasn't fast, box was dinged up and screws to put stand on were missing. We had to go to Lowe's to get four screws or return entire TV. Very inconvenient.

Grate tv for dark room's the screen reflects lights horizontally in a rainbow of colors but other than that the picture quality is great and low lag for gaming

Took just over a month to receive. Was shipped by a company named Sullivan Moving and they only came to our area once every two weeks. They said they called to try and set-up a time to deliver, but never left a message. Finally got the TV and it was easy to set-up and the picture is really nice. Disappointed in the sound from the TV, hard to hear voices over the background noises, so had to buy a sound bar, but haven't received yet. Also had to call Sams Club to get a refund on the charges for the "free" 4 year extended warranty. Was supposed to be taken care of during the check-out process, but it didn't work. Sams Club canceled the 4 yr warranty instead of just refunding the money, so now I have to call back and have this taken care of too. I would recommend that you pick-up the TV from the store and not have it shipped!

This 65'" TV could be great. The picture is beautiful. The features are great. Connectivity is great. However, every two or three days it won't turn off either using the remote or even using the button on the TV itself. It often happens upon exiting from a streaming service or DVD player, but at other times also. Not only does it not turn off, but the whole TV locks up and no button on the remote functions. The TV has to be unpowered and rebooted to to work again or to turn on/off. Because it is wall mounted, it cannot be unplugged, so i have to go outside and trip the circuit breaker. Thanks to Sam's good customer service, it is being returned.

Bought QLED TV QN65Q8DTAFXZA 2020 Model on June 15 2020-to replace a Vizio 60" that its working over 6 years no issues , Wanted to try and see the upcoming Sports in a better environment:Today July 17 just over a month ,and the Screen on this Samsung ,all of the sudden a swath of Lines by the right side about 10 " wide up down and about a 2 inch by the bottom =all way across screen-I'll return it to Samsclub to see what they have to replace it with.
