When it comes to cream cheese, Philadelphia is the best! We really love this bagels, in our household we eat more bagels then the Cohens on the O.C., iykyk, and we only buy Philadelphia cream cheese to with them! Highly recommend!

I used this to make a stuffed deer back strap! It was creamy and had the perfect tang to it. Cooked up very nicely! Melted but still thick enough to not leak out during the roasting process.
