This is my go-to cream cheese for sauces for cheesecakes and I even like this on my toast or bagels. It is smooth light tasting and a great bagel topper. I like that the package now has a zip on it to seal it after use and keep it fresh

I have had bad experiences lately with philly CC. It has been not had the creamy texture and great taste. It crumbles. Is the carob bean gum a new ingredient. If it is, time to go back to the old ingredients. I won't be buying again.
