Philadelphia is the only cream cheese I will use. No other brand has quite the same flavor and consistently thick but creamy texture. I know my cheese cake will come out right with philly

I don't think you can go wrong with Philadelphia's original cream cheese brick. It tastes good, it works great on bagels or in other recipes. I like it a lot and it tends to be affordable.
