I am addicted to cream cheese. I believe it is good by it self, in a dip, and in sauces. You really can't go wrong with a classic like Philadelphia. I also like the whipped version.

Thick but spreadable, this is the premier cream cheese. Holds up in all recipes. I use it all the time. Just recently made cream cheese frosting for red velvet cupcakes and it held up perfectly.
