I live in NYC, so I have very high standards when it comes to cream cheese. In terms of grocery store brands, this is my go to for baking. It has a great flavor, texture and is extremely affordable.

Philadelphia cream cheese is my favorite brand. It is so creamy and delicious. I love all the different flavors but I always have a block of original handy.

This is ALWAYS in my freezer or fridge. I use it often if it is to bake or cook or use for breakfast on some bread/beagles/waffles. We always have some.
