We use only this product to make our pumpkin cheesecakes this year. Always delicious. Always good on a piece of raisin toast or spears on a gram cracker.

I prefer this to store brand cream cheese but dislike the price. I think it makes better cheesecake. It has better firmness and tang but if I am hiding the cream cheese I use a cheaper brand.
