Always a classic. I don't know why this brand is simply superior whether it's the quality of ingredients or the way they make cream cheese, but it just is. Ultra creamy and super delicious.

The best cream cheese! It has a great texture for baking, and also freezes and thaws well. I prefer the tub for bagels, but the blocks are my go-to for cooking and baking. Adds such a nice texture to sauces or frosting!

It holds to its firmness even when melted. When baking it doesn't get watery like other brands. When added to eggs, sugar, milk and other ingredients it firms up to its original consistency. The taste has a soft milky taste not sour or bitter.
