The recent cream cheese shortage has solidified to me that Philadelphia is, in fact, the best cream cheese ever. Tangy, creamy, and so good. After being out for months, I literally danced for joy when I finally found some!

Yum, cream cheese- so delicious in sweet recipes and also in savory recipes, it goes either way. I probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between phili and the store brand but I buy the phili because my mother programmed me that way.

All I use for baking! Really has been the most consistent cream cheese I've used. The flavor is also rich enough without becoming too fatty for baking.
