I know there are other brands that actually work and taste almost like Philadelphia, and also are cheaper, and while I do love Philadelphia cream cheese, I have to admit is a little expensive, so every time I'm gonna make something special that requires cream cheese, I'll go with Philadelphia, if not, I'll use great value.
