Philadelphia is always my go to when having to make any desserts including cream cheese, especially cheesecake! These lovely cupcakes had a strawberry cheesecake filling and of course I used none other than THE Philadelphia cream cheese! You can't beat it.

The best cream cheese around! The flavor is the best I've ever tasted. Smooth creamy texture when at room temp. The packaging could be easier to open, but it's kind of nostalgic to open the wrapper as it's been the same way for my entire life. It is such a versatile food that it can be used as an ingredient in so many different recipes, it's mind blowing! But of course the Philadelphia cheesecake made with this cream cheese takes the cake!

This is by far the best tasting cream cheese on the market. I have tried all the brands and this has the best flavor and spread. The packaging is much simpler than the one that comes in the tub. The lids on those are no good! This is great not only for bagels, but for dips and cheesecake!

Obviously cream cheese can be used for a lot of things but I mainly use it for my bagels, jalapeño poppers, and my potatoes it adds such an amazing flavor that isn't too over bearing! I definitely would recommend to anybody who likes bagels and wants to add some flavor to their potato's!

I don't know what Philadelphia does differently but their cream cheese tastes much better than other brands. The 8oz bricks are convenient since it is premeasured for most cheesecake recipes. For spreading I prefer a resealable tub.
