As a professional baker this is my favorite cream cheese to use for my infamous cheesecakes. I can always trust it to mix smoothly and give a chunk free cheesecake. Coming in larger quantities also comes in handy with how much cream cheese it takes to make one cheesecake.

Price has varied a bit depending on what store but usually a four pack is semi affordable. These always come in handy especially around the holidays for baking so I keep a deep supply.

I use Philly Original in my stuffed meat loaf rolls, it melts into a delicious gravy and gives the roll a pop of smoothness. I also make my grands favorite dessert and when asked for the recipe, I state only if they promise to make it with Philly as any other brand leaves it tasting odd.
