This has got to be my single most favorite cheese. So refined. So delicious.

I wasnt that impressed with this product.  I think i was expecting it to be great and didnt think it was worth the price

Merlot cheese

This Wine Cheese taste way more expensive than it is. It has a high quality, sharp & savory bite to it. The wine flavor is only noticeable to me on the dark purple edge of the block where I'm assuming the wine is. It is on the dryer side so it can crumble if slicing it thinner. Don't let that deter you tho. It's downright delicious! Just try it for yourself.
