My favorite cheese by far! Love it!! Tasty & rich flavor.

This cheese shares characteristics of a mature Wensleydale with cranberries. It's both creamy and slightly crumbly with an aged sharpness tempered by a fruity sweetness. It is delicious eaten by itself or with bread or fruit. I've even crumbled it into a bean and corn salad. So versatile. So addictive.
