I'm very sorry you're having trouble with our serum container. We package our products using precise filling equipment to ensure the right amount of product is in each container. They're filled by weight and are checked several times along the production line. In fact, they're slightly overfilled to make sure the correct amount of product is inside the bottle and the amount of product printed on the package is the actual amount available for you to use. Because of this I'm confident the bottle is full, but it's possible the dropper isn't pulling up enough liquid. Here are some tips for using the dropper that I hope will help. Unscrew and remove the dropper from the bottle. Squeeze the bulb to dispense any remaining serum. While still squeezing the bulb, reinsert the dropper into the bottle. Release the bulb. This will pull the serum into the dropper tube. Remove the dropper and squeeze to dispense. I will be sure to share your concerns with the rest of the Olay Team.

There are different factors that can contribute to what’s known as “pilling” -- moisturizer balling up on the surface your your skin -- or flaking when using a moisturizer. Here are some tips to help prevent this from happening, be sure to apply your moisturizer to clean, dry skin, pilling/flaking can be caused by using too much moisturizer or by rubbing it in too hard.
