Upon opening the item for inspection and testing, we found several of the packets on the manifest (supposed to be inside the bucket) were missing and a strange smell emanating from the bucket. To our shock, SEVERAL of the packets were punctured, including the milk substitute. In going from hot to cold environments during transport, the milk substitute had become humid and -exposed to the elements, albeit in a macroenvironment- gone bad. This was deemed unacceptable. In addition, there are only about 3 entrees you can cook, which means you're going to develop palate fatigue in rapid order. Did I mention it takes about 20 gallons of water to make all of the stuff? The servings are not portioned out and often you will find 7 servings to a non-resealable bag. Avoid like the plague.

I bought on 1/4/22 the item came expired on 11/4/21 so much for a 25 year shelf life or they sent me something made in 1996

This is a great START to emergency rations. This product is carb loaded. You should get a dried protein (meat) supply and a dried fruit supply to have a complete meal.

While I haven't tried this bucket, I have bought many other buckets from Wise Foods at a higher price. Also, the weight of this product was very impressive. I bought based on reviews

Some of the lids weren't sealed.

Arrived quick and was sealed. Lasts 25 years. Great product for coronavirus grocery store depletion.
