Bought this TV thinking it would be a great TV for the price. I was wrong. This TV is garbage. Had it for 4 or 5 months and already got green lines on outer edges of screen and flickering and sound kept going out. I called to get it replaced and it took over a month to get exchange. Got 2nd TV and on the second day I notice a red pixel dot on the screen and tried everything from resetting the TV and it was still there. I called again for a replacement and there is another one on the way but it will be 14 weeks out before I get it. So now I'm stuck with a crap TV and also there are other issues with the TV like poor back lighting and HDR isn't that great and the black levels are not great at all. I would rather get a different TV but can't afford another TV and I just want my money back to be honest.

I've been a fan of the Vizio brand since 2016 when I got my first one. The whole family really loves the new 70 inch M class for the living room and want to get another smaller one for the bedroom. It's a beautiful picture at an affordable price and plenty of built-in apps for streaming everything we want.

most items today leave you with buyers remorse, because they are so over marketed and over stated. this item and experience left me feeling like I got a good deal, and didn't have to sacrifice something important, to be pleased. good work ALL around!!

My husband picked out this TV and we purchased it online. The package arrived intact. Set up was an onscreen walk thru. Menu easy to find. Hardest part was keying in each character manually. Googled how to pair X1 remote to TV then all was well. Firmware updated automatically very pleased with color hues and brightness and smart TV features.

The first thing we noticed of course was the size… Having to have it delivered by “special delivery“ because the box itself would not fit in any vehicle that we have or could reasonably get. Vizio packages their products so well and so safely this TV arrived perfectly intact and undamaged. The directions say to have two people unpack it and put it together, which I highly understand and recommend, however… I did the whole thing by myself because the TV is so incredibly lightweight for its size. It has now become the focal point of our Great Room where we do most of our lounging and when we sit opposite to it, it really is like sitting in our own miniature theater. The picture quality is superb, the applications it comes with and you can get are outstanding, and the ease in which to program it and set it up is so intuitive, honestly, I think my five-year-old nephew could do it. I can highly recommend this particular brand, size, and series of television for nearly everyone who is in the market. There are more expensive ones out there… But why would you need something more than this? It is as long and as tall as our loveseat. It's fabulous!

The price was good and the smart features are the same or better then the old one but the HD picture is a little lower. It does have a better loading speed and runs app's faster. Overall I am very pleased with this new TV.

The longevity and quality of my 1st Vizio made it an easy choice to purchase another. I couldn't be happier, the picture quality is really good. Someone suggested that I not get a Smart TV, and I'm glad I didn't listen, the apps are easy to use and again the picture quality is really good.
