It's the best surround sound system I've ever had. even scares the girl friend occasionally because she thinks someone is behind her. the features on the TV are also amazing. before switching to vizio I had samsung and I'll stick with vizio for a while

I was upset to learn that the Vizio tv that I purchased does not work with the streaming box I have through Xfinity. I had various Apps before (ex: Sling) which is not available for use with this new TV. Not sure how I would've known that before purchasing but it is extremely disappointing. If you are connected to cable or satellite, this would not apply and thus be a great TV to purchase.

Purchase this tv about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The over picture and build quality is great. The only complaint is not being able to have the espn app without having to add another viewing platform but I had an extra firestick so that wasn't really a big deal and still a five star purchase.

Currently I'm waiting for a technician to come out and replace my speakers because the audio has gone out and a few months ago the tv display screen was staticy and I had to do a factory reset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked this beauty up the other day and so far have been exceptionally pleased. This thing is extremely responsive to any and every command, moving through different menus or apps. The picture will most likely need to be adjusted some to get it too your liking but once you do it is a beautiful display. Colors are rich and vivid. I have yet to try out my Xbox with it yet but am very exited to. Highly recommend this TV.

I did a lot of research on TVs and considered other manufacturers like TCL, Samsung, & LG. We chose VIZIO because of all the features we got for a great price. I researched and found that this model had what I was seeking in picture quality. What i didnt know was the huge assortment of apps, programming, and product support already built-in. 1st- Vizio is a different world for customer service/support. *They are available 24/7 *Have different languages to utilize *Every question is not only answered, it usually has a useful solution The unit- is easy to set up, has well thought connection ports, and is a very good hub for net use via Bluetooth, etc . The picture is so distinct, i stlfind it surprising. There are different settings to work with built in The sound from the unit is above average as well. I have options and like the quality and output. I did add a soundbar. (Note: check the settings if you have separate sound system. It has the ability to play both simultaneously)

It started as a minor glitch but got progressively worse. I Thought it was going to be a major headache but warranty is doing a product replacement for me. It was surprisingly easy. ( I used phone support) It is suppose to be here by Jan 13th I will update the review if it doesn't come.
