I bought a 70 inch QLED Vizio tv a month ago and all of a sudden a green line appeared in the middle of the screen. I called the customer support, sent them a screen shot of the problem and they immediately ordered a replacement. The replacement was delivered and setup with no hitch. There service is excellent.

The main reason I went with the m series was for gaming. It has freesync, so there is no stutter or lag. Its more impressive when you consider its a 65". Vizio also beffed up their streaming ability too. It's like having a Roku built in. Every app is available and you can search across apps for movies. It's a major leap from the old Yahoo streaming service they use to have. My only complaint is the lack of ability to adjust the ratio. You're forced to keep the black bars, which I hate, but I game more than watch.

I love the vibrant color and sharpness of the picture that this new 75 inch TV. I didn't even know about WatchFree+ being available to me for free access, there must be 1,000 channels of assorted TV shows and movies to choose from. Also having quick access to apps like prime and Netflix is a huge time saver. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Updating himself, open to personalization, improving the use of the remote, the voice recognition, the Bluetooth connection for the speaker... All these "tools" complete the brilliant screen and HD quality. Vizio in general build long term products.

The only drawback is that this brand has trouble connecting to the Steam Deck for gaming, but the Nintendo switch works without any issues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about a week and I really enjoy it so far! The picture quality is good! The menu is intuitive and the speakers are solid. My only complaint is that the remote shares a frequency with my external speakers so when I try to turn up the volume on the speakers it changes the TV to Netflix. A minor annoyance but overall I really enjoy this product.

I've had my TV for about a week and I'm considering returning it. There is a lag. The subtitles appear way too early and 95% of the time the picture is lagging. The words never match up with what's actually going on. I have to turn my TV off and back on multiple times a day. And it's just not worth it. This replaced an older Vizio that just stopped working one day. It was about 5 years old. I'm also really surprised by the lack of apps. It is not convenient whatsoever to have to stream from my phone to my TV to watch HBO. Although there is an Apple TV app, I still have to use my actual Apple TV to utilize features not available on the Vizio.

I bought this TV for my room to use as a second screen for my macbook pro and for my PS4. It looks insane! the HDR on my games didn't convince me, but after going through the TV settings I got it looking perfect. The colors are beautiful on this TV. I was afraid that as computer monitor it wouldn't perform as well, but it exceeded my expectations. Very satisfied. I did notice a little yellowing near the edges of the TV. Only noticeable with full white backgrounds, but it doesn't bother me personally.
