The okay button, which you use for just about everything, doesn't respond to being pushed unless you press extremely hard. It makes the remote almost unusable. For some reason there are no replacement remotes on the Vizio website. I also opened a ticket with the Vizio support team and didn't hear anything back. They will tell you do to a power cycle on the tv, then the remote. That doesn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got 2 of these TVs, one for the garage and one for the bedroom and it is almost perfect for those environments! The picture looks great with 4k or 1080 content, and the HDR adds that extra crispness to the image quality. I love that Vizio has Apple and other popular streaming apps built in without the addition of another peripheral to buy and plug in. That honestly was one of the biggest selling points of the Vizio for me! I knocked it down 1 star due to yellows and reds looking over saturated despite adjusting advanced setting and the lack of an ambient light sensor to automatically adjust the backlight for high vs low ambient light viewing.

My 50 inch Visio is less than a year old and when first turned on the picture is so garbled you cannot tell what you are looking at. It eventually clears mostly but bright colors show small lines covering the screen. Wouldn't recommend this brand to someone I don't like let alone a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All aspects of the TV is great. Except one thing. The menu never works and the TV always freezes. Do a factory reset to fix the issue but it's only temporary. When the menu stops working you can no longer use your apps, which is how we watch TV.

We have bought other Vizio televisions in the past, and they have always worked well, and we still use them in our bedroom. This Visio television was for the living room so is bigger than our bedrooms televisions. I=It has the most beautiful quality picture, the sound is great, it is so user friendly, so many options to choose from to personalize it, and the list goes on. We haven't had any need to change any of the options. The factory setting are just fine, Thank you Vizio for another wonderful television experience,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful TV with quick and easy setup. Simple and clean system UI, Wifi, Ethernet, 3 HDMI, USB, voice command remote, smart home compatible... This television is a wonderful balance of quality and price. My only improvement suggestion is software related to redesign smart cast with a pleasurable layout for an improved user experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV because I liked the features and the picture quality at the store but you can't test all features at the store ( ChromeCast). Once I got it home I had to call twice to customer service TV just did not want to work correctly after updates we loaded and Chrome Cast stop working as well as the Mirror for the Apple TV. Would I buy it again not sure this was my second Vizio TV and the only issue with my old TV has been the apps don't update. Other than that 3D works amazingly on my older model they did that right.

I have a VIZIO 47 inch TV that still works and sounds awesome for almost 17yrs. That 47 inch TV was used alot when my children were small, many hours of three children playing video games and watching TV. Honestly, I love these vizio TVs.

This new TV is a nice update and the picture looks even more amazing. The picture is brighter and the colors more vivid. The price-to-features ratio is very good with Vizio. I'm sure to be very happy with this TV selection for many years to come. Or at least until the next leap forward in technology comes along. When that happens Vizio will be my first choice.
