[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased this TV right before I got diagnosed with severe health conditions I wasn't happy to say the least then I set up the TV to get my mind off things and I was so shocked with the different features on it I kept playing around with things and the amount of cool stuff I was finding was like almost therapeutic in a strange way lol but it got me out of the funk I was in and been positive since so very very happy about this TV and the memory and first impression I received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my TV 3 days ago. I plugged it in and although everything looked great it was making a buzzing noise. My wife and I were so upset we just purchased a TV and it seems to be faulty. I contacted support and the lady I spoke with was awesome. She walked me through simple troubleshooting, to no avail, but assured me they would make it right. I will be getting a replacement sent soon, and to make things even easier, the delivery person will also be taking the old/defective one back with them. 10/10 would recommend VIZIO to EVERYONE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture quality. Would have given it a five rating if not for the app limitations. It has all the mainstream streaming apps but it would have been nice to have the option to install and uninstall apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV looks amazing and does what is supposed to do! The Dolby Vision really pops and there's a calibrated dark setting for lower light viewing. I bought a TCL 5 series but quickly returned it and replaced it with the the Vizio M-series and couldn't be happier I did. The Vizio has functional settings that allows the user to adjust audio and picture preferences to their specific requirements. Other TVs in this price range have very generic settings that don't even work have the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I ever had before this TV was a regular vizio flat screen. I wanted this TV to upgrade my gaming experience bc i just got a ps-5. When we got IT home we realized that it opened so many doors has everything from showes and movies to music right there at the touch of our fingers. such a wonderful bye, so glad we did!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed in living room replacing an older Vizio (which moved into another room). im not a visual engineer ar anything, but, IMHO, the colors, brightness, and clarity are amazing. QLEDs are the bomb - don't waste your time and money for anything less.

It worked for less than 2 days and then would not stay on. We contacted customer support, which were great, but the issue could not be rectified. We replaced with same model TV...hope it stays on. This is the first Vizio we have had any issues with - with have 2 others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 3 months ago and am totally impressed with the brilliant picture quality. To me it rates right up there with the expensive tvs. I did have one problem and the tech staff helped me to resolve it.
