[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Vizio tv in May, unfortunately there are lines on the tv but I call customer support and Josh was super helpful and put me through the steps to use the warranty to hopefully get a replacement!

I purchased on Sept 25, delivered on Sept 28 and the new TV stopped working entirely after being on for 20 minutes and going through a firmware update. I spoke to Vizio support who stated a service tech would be in touch and as of Oct 2, I have had no communication from Vizio or any tech regarding my purchase. I expected better from Vizio, and this is a great example of why I will never buy another Vizio product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed in living room replacing an older Vizio (which moved into another room). im not a visual engineer ar anything, but, IMHO, the colors, brightness, and clarity are amazing. QLEDs are the bomb - don't waste your time and money for anything less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing a 75 inch Vizio at my job, I decided it would be my new TV. With all the already loaded steaming services I was already watching without even connecting my cable. The HD picture quality is what anyone would like to have.

Picture quality is amazing...except when watching cable. Not a fault of the TV, our cable service is just not great. Intent was more geared to gaming and movies. So far it has been phenomenal, just need to find a ps5 to replace my 4 to really test it out. Was also initially going to pick up a model down but they were gone. This one was a little more but still loving it. Tons of features I still have yet to explore.If I was to dig for a negative it would be the feet/base. I personally think it should come with a big center base option, however I couldn't find any close to my prie range that did from any manufacturer so I can not drop the rating for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this tv is amazing .It does everything and looks really good doing it. My only dislike is that it freezes and shuts down randomly. I thought maybe the latest update would correct it but seems like its gotten worse. The freezing and shut downs are some what a pain. It makes you think the tv is broken but then after many restarts it comes back on to the home page. :-(

I purchased a smart tv for airplay and chrome cast from my iPhone and it's horrible trying to pair them. It never works and the only solution I've found is having to restart the tv to its factory default which then takes like 20 minutes to restart and link everything again. It then works for a week and then I rinse and repeat. Can't recommend.

After that I bought a Vizio 60”, that was 8 years ago and that tv still works great today. In that time I have bought multiple different size tvs from Vizio that are still working fantastic to this day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the software just updated and now you're acting like this is a new tv, whatever. It works ok. I have had issues with software updating in the past. Had to take the tv back to factory settings to get past the setup screen.
