reset

Had for a few months now and it will lock up and not respond to any channel. This leads us to unplug and reset it, AT LEAST, once a week.

I'd never own any brand but Vizio!

I recently replaced my old 12 yr old Vizio TV with this model. The old model still works perfectly, but I wanted to upgrade to a smart TV. I love it!
