I have used many different generic brands of toilet paper over the years, thinking that they weren't any different than the name brand. After using the new Charming, I'm now seeing what I had been missing. It's softer and seems to be a bit stronger than those generic brands. I definitely am sold on using the Charming going forward, and will recommend to friend and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use Sam's brand and love that toilet paper. The Charmin roll was smaller and not as wide as the Sams brand. I also thought it was too thick. I would not continue to use this brand. I would not recommend the Charmin either. I will however recommend the Sam's brand. Have been using it for years and have no problems with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been using this particular item since it was released a few years ago. Nothing compares. The paper is actually as strong as they say; never yielding to even the worst situation. The two concerns I encounter with people tend to be comfort and cost. How can something this effective compare to other options when it comes to comfort, and does it cost more? Answering the latter first, it is not the cheapest paper available. That being said, when the cheap stuff is falling apart, and you find yourself using half a roll in one sitting as a result, you'll realize one strong sheet is worth more (and costs less) than many sheets of the cheap stuff. Second, regarding comfort, this paper is quite soft - despite its strength - though it isn't the ridiculous cloud-soft paper available elsewhere. Thoughts of comfort quickly vanish once you've got a mess to deal with. Unlike other "strong" paper, this one is plenty soft - striking a perfect balance. This is one product I am loyal to, was a loyal user of before the BzzCampaign, and will continue to use indefinitely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper to try out through bzzagent.com from Charmin. Charmin Ultra Strong definey lives up to its name, it is strong and doesn't rip easily like a lot of other toilet paper does. I myself prefer toilet paper that isn't too rough but isn't too soft, so kinda in between. This toilet paper in my opinion is too soft for me. There are positive things about this toilet paper such as its thick so your fingers don't break through it and since its so thick and strong I believe you don't have to use quite as much as you would other brands. Its just not for me. If it wasnt quite as soft i think it would be perfect but its just not the toilet paper for me.

It holds up to its name and is strong,yet soft and I have saved money by using this because it doesnt take much because it is so strong and soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toilet paper isn't something that anyone can do. We have all been over a friends house who decides single ply store brand is fine for them. Well, it isn't fine for me. Charmin Ultra Strong is what God intended us to use. Not only is it soft and strong, but it cleans up like nothing else. Those commercials with the bears are completely accurate. I doubt I will go to the store looking for anything but Charmin Ultra Strong in the future.

It's great because you don't need too much to accomplish what you need to use it for...(you know what I mean) Great stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the longest lasting rolls of TP I have ever seen. With the thicker sheets, there is no need to use as many pieces to get the job done. This Charmin Ultra Strong TP will be used again and again by our household after using it the first time. Other brands are thinner, therefore using 2-3x more sheets per wipe. With three kids in the house we go thru TP like crazy, so this should definitely cut down on the TP runs to the store!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using Charmin prior to receiving this in the mail. I was using the Ultra soft though and switched when I received it. I noticed a substantial difference in how soft the ultra strong is compared to the ultra soft. The ultra soft is just as strong as the ultra strong as well. So I can't say that I will be buying the Ultra Strong again! I will probably switch back to Charmin's Ultra Soft though.
