We stop using Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper because we were able to see a white layer after using it. So, we have been using only Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper. I was worried that this variety would have the same problem in a while. However, I am happy that the new version is even better than the actual Charmin Ultra Strong. This toilet paper is really strong and no residues after using it. So, Charmin Ultra Strong is my perfect toilet paper so far. Thanks for the sample.

It really is stronger and thicker than the generic brand of toilet paper and worth the money. If you have problems with your toilet paper ripping or not staying together this will work wonders for you!

My kids didn't seem to notice any difference so that is a plus. I don't know whether I would seek out charmin at the store or not. I think I prefer the feel of my usual toilet paper.

I immediately noticed that it was much stronger than what I was used to so I naturally started using fewer sheets. I'm sure that using fewer sheets will also lead to fewer messy clogs. It seems as soft as my regular brand and using less is better for the environment and my budget. That makes it a smart buy and green choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Strong toilet paper certaily lives up to it's name. However, it has the feel of paper towel, which is not what we prefer. Also, I avoid using it to blow my nose as the experience is unpleasant. You quickly learn that your nose would be sore after repeated use. While I am happy that the toilet paper holds up when needed, I cannot get passed the uncomfortable feeling.

I don't think I'd ever tried Charmin before this campaign though I remember the cute commercials with the bears. However, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this toilet paper. It was soft yet long lasting. No mess whatsoever. My girlfriend definitely approved of the change in TP as well. I don't think she'll let me go back to the cheap stuff

I have been purchasing Charmin Ultra Strong for years and we LOVE it! From hubby to teens to toddlers....I prefer the mega roll since it lasts much longer for our family of 6! House guests have even asked which brand we use to buy some for themselves! We are a Charmin tp family. Period.

Bought new the new Smooth Tear Ultra Soft Charmin, and was disappointed to see that I was getting less for my money. Each of the new "improved" rolls have 224 sheets. The old, non-wavy tear versions had 244 sheets per roll. When you buy a 30-pack of toilet paper, and add up the difference of 20 sheets per roll, that's almost 2 1/2 fewer rolls of tp per package! Not worth it for the "improvement" which I didn't need in the first place. Lower the price, add more rolls to the pack, or give me the option to choose wavy tear with fewer rolls or non wavy tear with more rolls please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the Charmin® Ultra Strong toilet paper, I was hesitant to go to work on reviewing this. I persisted and I am glad I did. I was quite surprised at how strong this toilet paper was without giving up the softness that the bum needed. Most other brands are not as strong and soft. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants the tough job done without the toughness that is typical of most TP!
